Troubleshooting

Most issues come down to load order, dependencies or a config typo. Work through these first.

The resource won't start

• Confirm the folder name matches the ensure line in server.cfg.
• Make sure the framework and dependencies start before the resource.
• Read the console error — it usually names the exact missing dependency or file.

"attempt to index a nil value"

This almost always means a dependency (framework, oxmysql, ox_lib) didn't load first. Fix the load order and restart.

UI doesn't open / NUI errors

• Clear your FiveM cache (delete the cache folder in your FiveM data directory).
• Ensure you didn't rename the resource folder (NUI paths depend on it).
