This End User License Agreement (the “License” or “Agreement”) governs your use of the scripts, resources, code, assets and related materials (each a “Product”) that you purchase or download from Bakery Developments (“we”, “us”, the “Store”). By purchasing, downloading, installing or using a Product, you (the “Licensee” or “you”) agree to be bound by this License. If you do not agree, do not download, install or use the Product. This Agreement works alongside our Terms of Service and Refund Policy; where the subject matter overlaps, the more specific provision applies.

Subject to your continued compliance with this Agreement and full payment for the Product (processed by Tebex Limited, our merchant of record), we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable and revocable license to install, run and use the Product on FiveM servers that you personally own or operate. Each purchase grants one license per customer, tied to the FiveM (Cfx.re) account used at checkout. Unless a Product’s listing expressly states otherwise, the License is granted to a single Licensee for use on the server(s) under their direct control, and not to any organisation, group or third party at large. This is a grant of a license to use the Product only — it is not a sale of the Product or of any underlying rights.
Under a valid License, you may:

These restrictions are a fundamental condition of the License. Any breach automatically terminates your License under Section 8.
The Product is licensed, not sold. Bakery Developments (and its licensors) retain all right, title and interest in and to the Product, including all source code, assets, designs, structure, “look and feel”, trademarks and all related intellectual property rights. You receive only the limited license expressly set out in this Agreement; you do not acquire ownership of the Product or any portion of it. All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved by us. No title, ownership or intellectual property right is transferred to you by your purchase, download or use of the Product.
Some Products, or parts of them, may be delivered partially encrypted or escrow-protected through the FiveM/Cfx.re escrow (Keymaster) system or a comparable protection mechanism. This protects the Product’s intellectual property and does not limit your permitted use. Regardless of any encryption, configuration, locale and language files are always editable so that you can tailor the Product to your server. You agree not to attempt to bypass, defeat or strip any escrow or encryption protecting the Product, except where such a restriction is expressly prohibited by applicable law.
Every Product includes free lifetime updates and support, provided to holders of a valid License through our Discord. Updates may include bug fixes, improvements and compatibility changes, and are made available at our discretion as we release them. Support is offered on a reasonable-efforts basis for the Product as supplied. We do not guarantee compatibility with third-party scripts, custom modifications you make, or unsupported framework versions, and support does not extend to debugging your own custom code. Access to updates and support requires that your License remains in good standing and has not been terminated under Section 8.
Your License is personal to you and tied to the FiveM (Cfx.re) account used at the time of purchase. Licenses cannot be sold, gifted, traded, assigned or transferred to another person, account, server owner or community, and cannot be split across multiple unrelated owners. Any attempt to sell or transfer a License is void and constitutes a breach of this Agreement. If you sell or hand over a server, the License does not automatically pass with it; the new operator must obtain their own License.
This License takes effect when you first download or use the Product and continues perpetually for the version(s) of the Product covered by your purchase, unless and until it is terminated. The License will terminate automatically and immediately, without notice, if you:
On termination, your right to use the Product ends, you must stop using and delete all copies of the Product, and you forfeit all access to updates and support. No refund is due on termination for breach. We may also suspend or revoke access to our resources and community where a breach has occurred. Sections relating to ownership, restrictions, disclaimers, limitation of liability and these consequences survive termination. We reserve all rights and remedies available to us at law and in equity.
The Product is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied or statutory, including the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Product will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or compatible with every server configuration, framework version or third-party resource.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Bakery Developments will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill or server downtime, arising out of or relating to the Product or this License, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount you actually paid for the Product giving rise to the claim. Nothing in this Agreement excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Bakery Developments is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Cfx.re, FiveM, Rockstar Games or Take-Two Interactive. FiveM is a product of Cfx.re. All trademarks are the property of their respective owners.
